I was quite aggravated yesterday when my boss informed me that I was going to be taking on more work and responsibility without any increase in pay, or any extra hours to do the work. He won’t even change my status to full-time even though I’ve been working forty hours a week ever since I started there! I am not impressed. I already feel as if I’m underpaid and being taken advantage of! This will only increase those feelings!
